PARTIES

This SAAS Agreement (referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between, KrypC Technologies, (referred to as “Company”), and the Clients (referred to as “Customers”) effective as of the signing of this document.

The Company and the Client are each referred to as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”

SCOPE OF SERVICES

  • The Company shall render software services, including but not limited to application software development, migration, systems integration, and software development services to the Client in accordance with the specifications of the latter.

CONSIDERATION

  • The Client shall pay monthly compensation to the Company in the amount of __________.
  • The Parties agree that payments shall be made exclusively through cash, check payment, wire transfers, and shall be demandable every calendar month.

CONTRACTUAL PARAMETERS

  • If a Party intends to discontinue the operation of this Agreement, the requesting Party must notify the other Party at least twenty days prior to the expiration of this Agreement. 
  • Modifications to this Agreement must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both Parties.

TERM & TERMINATION

  • This Agreement shall be operative until one member of the Party decides to cancel the agreement.
  • Either of the undersigned Parties may terminate this Agreement before its expiration, if there is a justifiable ground for termination and with prior notice to the other party.

WARRANTIES

The Service Provider warrants to provide the Client with the best software services by prioritizing its maintenance throughout the term of this Agreement. In the same way, the Client commits to use the software services only in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions mentioned within the website and platform.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • If certain provisions of this Agreement shall be declared by a competent court to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall be respected.
  • This Agreement will be construed and interpreted under the laws of the EU and India.

ACCEPTANCE

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the Parties has executed this SAAS Agreement as of the day and year set forth above.
